All payments made for our products or services are subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and include applicable taxes as per Indian law.
2. Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations requested within the trial period (if applicable) will not incur any charges.
- For paid subscriptions or projects, cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Software Subscriptions: Refunds are generally not provided for subscription services once payment is processed. Exceptions may apply in case of duplicate transactions or proven technical issues on our end.
- Custom Development or Project Work: Due to the time and resources involved, payments made for development, customization, or consulting are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
- Training, Setup, and Support Fees: These are non-refundable once sessions or support have been initiated.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email info@softurecs.com with your order details, payment reference, and reason for the request. We review refund claims within 5–7 business days.
5. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
- Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Failure to use the service after payment.

7. Dispute Resolution
